We have purchased 25 acres on the southwest corner of Shaw and McCall and are working with CharestCorp for development. Our vision is to create facilities that reflect the Loma Vista architecture and that will best serve out community, which will include a state-of-the-art worship/arts center, a high-tech administration center, sports facilities/fields and unique children's and youth facilities.

The County is concluding it’s 3-year Director’s Review and Approval (DRA) by referring our project to the Planning Commission on July 16th.  This is a hearing of departments heads with the County, residents and the City of Clovis representatives.  The purpose of the hearing will be to address concerns the City may have with our project.  If the Commission finds in our favor, it will conclude the DRA process and we will be able to proceed with our building project.  If they deny our project, the only recourse we will have would be to appeal to the Board of Supervisors.
