Our passion is to help people take the next step towards Jesus. We believe that no matter where we are at in life, we can always take at least one step towards Christ and a relationship with him. If going to church is new to you, we recommend the following steps:
Step #1:EXPLORE the claims of Christ and what the bible has to say about God by reading the “Wondering About God” or “Vision and Beliefs” page on our site. You can also read one of our blogs on this site that help describe what we are going through and how we are responding to what God is doing in our lives. Feel free to email anyone of us or give us a call for further resources or just to talk.
Step #2: Visit one of our weekend services. These services are safe, creative and informative, designed to help you discover what we BELIEVE about Jesus, the bible and people. Click on the link and see a brief video of what our services are like.
Step #3: Check out one of our events listed on the “Events” page or visit one of our many small groups, sports teams or affinity groups to give you that sense of BELONGING we all need. These experiences will help you see what kind of people we are and how we relate to each other. You can also click on the “Men’s/Women’s/Youth” link to find particular events for your particular situation.
Step #4: Begin implementing bible reading and prayer to help you GROW in your relationship with Christ. We have warm communities you can do this in called HOMEgroups. We also have personal devotions and bible reading plans you can work through on your own or with a mentor. You can also post your responses and questions to one of our blogs. Sometimes we grow more by interacting with others.
Step #5: Discover the joy that comes from giving yourself away to other people by SERVING in a personal ministry. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities that will help you discover and use your gifts, talents and abilities.
Step #6: Sometimes we learn more when we LEAD or mentor someone else, even if we feel like we don’t have anything to offer. God works through us in wonderful ways when we offer ourselves in this way. Join one of our leadership communities and see God use you to impact others.
